Admission Procedure

At Al-Taiba School, we pride ourselves on our transparent admission process. We believe in the importance of a personal interaction with both parents/guardians and prospective students during the admission process. This is the perfect opportunity for us to share our vision for your child and to understand their individual needs and potential. Eligibility Criteria

The child should have completed 2 years and 10 months as on 1st June, to qualify for admission to Nursery, the entry-level at Al-Taiba School.

Step 1

To register your child’s name in Person,

Please visit the school and Fill the Application Form which will be given to you on registration, only in case of availability of seats. This can be collected from the school office.

Note: The completed Application Form, along with the supporting documents and the application fee should be submitted in person at the school office, within a week of receiving the form.

Step 2

An Analytical Test will be conducted for students seeking admission to Senior Kinder Garten (U.K.G) and above. The Analytical test is a teacher’s tool that enables the teacher to assess students’ levels in terms of skills and knowledge. It helps the teacher to recognize students’ strengths and the areas where they may need support.

Step 3

A meeting with the Head of the institution and the Principal will be scheduled at the time of the student’s admission to Al-Taiba School.

Supporting documents to submit with the Application Form for admission in Nursery and L.K.G

Birth Certificate
Income proof of parent
Two Passport size photos of parents.
Address proof
Academic records of the previous two years (if required, Report card)

Supporting documents to submit with the Application Form for admission in U.K.G and above

Transfer Certificate (for Grade 2 and above)
Two passport-size photographs of the student
Two Passport size photos of parents.
Extra-curricular records or achievement certificates, if any
Copy of visa/permit(if the student is not a citizen of India)
